Blue Spear Compressed Gauze is 100% cotton gauze, compact, sterile, high quality utilizing a unique weave, to maximize fluid contact. It is a 6-ply, 4.5” x 4.1 yd. gauze packaged into a compact low-cube finish. The gauze is for the treatment of bleeding, the dressing and bandaging of wounds.  The package is a rugged, durable, vacuum sealed container with easy-to-open tear notches. Blue Spear Compressed Gauze is an essential item for every medical kit and can be as backing gauze for hemostatic dressings, for wound bandaging or in conjunction with a compression bandage.
