Blue Spear Sterile Wound Packing Gauze is designed for wound packing, direct-pressure application, and general emergency bandaging. Its soft, pliable construction conforms to irregular wound spaces, allowing trained responders to place the gauze directly where focused pressure is needed.

The Z-folded configuration supports a smooth, continuous linear feed for controlled deployment without having to unravel an entire roll. It can be used as primary wound-packing gauze, as backing gauze with a hemostatic dressing, or beneath an emergency or compression bandage.

An embedded radiopaque thread makes the gauze detectable under X-ray, helping healthcare professionals identify and locate the material during subsequent clinical evaluation.

Sterile vacuum-sealed packaging minimizes storage space and protects the gauze until it is needed. Its compact profile makes it an essential component for IFAKs, bleeding-control kits, trauma bags, workplace emergency stations, and vehicle kits.
